Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• •Support EHS activities, including 4E documentation, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up; drive improvements to ensure compliance with EHS requirements and regulations.
• •Lead quality investigations and CAPA closure; optimize processes, equipment parameters, and standard work to improve product quality and process consistency.
• •Provide timely on-site technical support and troubleshooting to ensure stable operations, process reliability, and delivery performance.
• •Drive process improvements to reduce scrap, rework, material loss, and manufacturing waste while improving material utilization.
• •Apply DBS tools and lead or support TCP projects to improve productivity, operational efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery.
• •Provide technical coaching and training to strengthen team capability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• •2+ years of manufacturing experience, with solid knowledge of production processes and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to analyze process and test data, draw sound technical conclusions, and clearly communicate technical information and work instructions.
• •Experience in non-conformance and customer complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA, with a strong commitment to EHS and safe working practices.
• •Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement; Six Sigma Green Belt certification and independent project leadership experience are preferred.
