Job Description Summary
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
Support new product , tool , and equipment implementation from design through production.
Drive process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Work with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet business goals.
Use technical knowledge and data to solve production and process problems.
Lead or support projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment on day-to-day decisions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and operators.
Maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, quality records, FMEAs, and electronic manufacturing systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience))
2+ years of experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Characteristics
Project management experience.
Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
