Ensure manufacturing processes follow applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Train and support production staff on Lean tools and improved manufacturing practices.
How you will do it

You will own your assignments with accountability, act with integrity, and keep safety and quality at the center of every improvement.
You will use facts, data, and root cause analysis to make practical decisions and improve processes every day.
You will work as one team with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering by sharing information openly and respecting different perspectives.
You will use Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive measurable improvements, not just temporary fixes.
