What will you do?

• - Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program
• - Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
• - Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
• - Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
• - Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
• - Generation of savings projects
• - Follow-up to standardization of best practices
• - Line balancing
• - A3 development

How will you do it?

• - Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation
• - Tools for analysis and problem solving
• - Time and movement studies
• - Projects management
• - Process mapping
• - Environmental system 14001

What we look for?

• - Engineering or equivalent
• - 5 to 7 years of experience
• - Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
• - Advanced English
• - Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
• - Knowledge of the OEE
• - Excel domain and power point
• - Knowledge of autocad
