What will your responsibilities be?

• •Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, AME, Automation and Continuous Improvement functions at plant level
• •Develop and implement short- and long-term engineering strategies aligned with business and plant objectives
• •Drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and operational performance
• •Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment and technologies support production requirements and customer expectations
• •Lead engineering activities related to new product launches, APQP and process validation
• •Manage departmental resources, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets
• •Promote Lean Manufacturing, TPM and structured problem-solving methodologies
• •Support production capacity planning and manufacturing capability development
• •Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Central Engineering teams to achieve business objectives
• •Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards and safety regulations
• •Lead, develop and engage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
• •Support talent development and succession planning within the department

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• •Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, including leadership experience
• •Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• •Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes, APQP, Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement methodologies
• •Experience managing engineering projects, manufacturing processes and new product launches
• •Proven experience leading Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing Operations teams
• •Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive strategic initiatives with minimal supervision
• •Experience with automation, digitalization and manufacturing innovation initiatives is considered an advantage
• •Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• •Good English language skill
