As a Manufacturing Operations Trainee, you will join our production team and gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, testing, and quality control. Throughout the program, you will receive education support and mentorship, including guidance on what to learn and where to find relevant learning materials, to develop the technical skills required for an Operations Engineer role.

The trainee program runs for 12 months and includes:

Learning support tailored to individual skill gaps, including textbooks, online courses, and other learning resources

Weekly check-ins and mentorship from experienced engineers

Hands-on training in manufacturing and testing operations

Progress evaluations at 6 and 12 months

Upon successfully completing the program and passing the final 12-month evaluation, you will be converted to a permanent employee (Seishain) and transition into an Operations Engineer role. This transition will be reflected in both your responsibilities and compensation.

About the Role

You will contribute to manufacturing activities and help ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers. Working closely with engineers, suppliers, and production partners, you will gain practical experience in manufacturing operations, troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving.

This role offers exposure to quality control, production processes, hardware troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
