This includes applying structured CI methodologies, supporting capital improvement proposals and helping build the systems and standards required for repeatable, high-volume manufacturing.

Working closely with the Principal Engineer and production teams, the Manufacturing Process Engineer captures, stabilizes and continuously improves process knowledge to support scalable CCM manufacturing.

Support engineering change management, including FMEA, process updates and controlled implementation of changes.

Support factory layout, workflow optimisation and workplace organisation activities.

Contribute to CapEx projects and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
