Für unseren Kunden aus der Luftfahrtindustrie am Standort Donauwörth suchen wir einen Manufacturing Process Engineer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Final Assembly Line und Flight Line der Hubschrauberprogramme H135/H145. In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion unterstützen Sie die Produktionsvorbereitung und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten
  • die Kalkulation von Fertigungsumfängen
  • die Umsetzung technischer Änderungen in Fertigungsunterlagen
  • die Prüfung und Freigabe technischer Dokumentationen
  • die Analyse und Lösung technischer Problemstellungen
  • die Definition und Nachverfolgung von Abstellmaßnahmen
  • die Durchführung von Risikoanalysen
  • die Mitarbeit in Produktions- und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • die Unterstützung der Fertigung bei technischen Fragestellungen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Luft- und Raumfahrt
  • alternativ zum Studium: eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene, technische Berufsausbildung mit qualifizierter Weiterbildung zun Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • mind. über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigung / Produktion
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, GSuite und SAP
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse
