As a Manufacturing Specialist - Training, you will be responsible for:

• •Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing Employer branding solutions for a business or function. Focused on EB training essential for a particular business or function, and does not include Leadership Learning, which falls within P&C . Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.
• •Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions, manufacturing and all functions available at BH Hungary.
• •Handles simple EB processes. There are detailed guidelines for creating EB programs and or simple human interfaces requiring EB knowledge.
• •Leads a small EB team unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K

To be successful in this role you will:

• •Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Employer Branding).
• •Have strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills. (desirable, not essential)
