Founded in 1999, Dexcom, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM), develops and markets Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes. Our Mesa Logistic & Distribution (L&D) Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Team manages both flows of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to manufacturing and to customers respectfully. We bring our passion, pride & purpose with us each day to ensure we are continuing to provide our life saving technology to patients across the world at the same high quality they have come to expect from Dexcom. Where you come in:

  • Build and lead your team; ensure you have a highly motivated, high-performance team that operates to Dexcom’s desired behaviors.
  • Responsible for addressing people’s performance issues and conflict resolutions if they arise
  • ​Ensure a culture within production where Safety and Quality are a priority
  • Focus on development of the individuals on the team for the benefit of the individual and Dexcom.
  • Lead your production team to deliver balanced scorecard of deliverables for engineering studies, and work closely with and influencing your cross-functional partners to deliver these
  • Ensure due consideration is given to cross training and business continuity to minimize interruption to pilot production studies
  • Ensure that you and the team operate the Dexcom Production System
  • Engage actively as required to ensure resolution of issues and challenges.
  • Coordinate and/or act as a liaison between work area, shifts, and functions.
  • Ensure that the team executes in conformity with company and/or industry policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Driving continuous improvement that will result in improvements in quality, cost, delivery and safety
  • Deeply understand the time studies for your area to enable resource management to maximize performance
  • Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments.
  • Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process, including custom labeling, documentation, and vendor systems data entry.
  • Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, ensuring action tracking and completion.
  • Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned.
  • Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom, including Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing.
  • Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives.
  • Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment, ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross-shift partners and day-shift leadership.
  • Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued.
  • Develop your team through coaching, accountability, and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture, fostering a high-performing and respectful night-shift environment

  • You have knowledge of transportation scheduling for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
  • Informal management/ team lead experience

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.
