- Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Assist with troubleshooting assembly and manufacturing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Participate in equipment installations at customer sites when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Coordinate daily priorities with the Manufacturing Supervisor and communicate shift progress and results.
- Plan workload, assign tasks, and ensure resources are effectively utilized.
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and real-time support to team members.
- Address employee performance and behavioral concerns when necessary.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Participate in performance reviews and workforce planning activities.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, and other Team Leaders to resolve issues and advance projects.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
