Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.

You will work closely with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver critical laboratory and life science products.

- You will ensure our manufacturing processes run consistently, accurately, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards — directly safeguarding product integrity and patient safety. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will help us maintain reliable output, reduce waste, and continuously improve our operations.
- A Day in the Life:
- Complete manufacturing tasks, in-process testing, and accurate real-time documentation — ensuring all records are legible, complete, and fully aligned with our Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
Use our ERP IFS system to log work progress, manage inventory transactions, and raise change requests — flagging any issues or potential risks immediately so they can be resolved quickly.
Work effectively across teams to prioritise workloads, meet production targets, and identify opportunities for process improvement — delivering consistent, high-quality results that support our mission.
- Education:
- High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation flow, and the potential impact of non-compliance on product quality and safety.
Competent using ERP systems; strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Effective team player with clear communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and external stakeholders such as auditors and suppliers.
- Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Based in a manufacturing/production facility operating under cGMP conditions — clean, controlled environment with strict hygiene and safety protocols
Requires standing for extended periods, manual handling of materials and equipment, and adherence to full PPE requirements
All work is conducted in line with company health & safety policies and environmental standards
