CNA Responsibilities

• •Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• •Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• •Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence
• •Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely
• •Maintain accurate documentation as required
• •Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care
• •Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• •Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• •Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
