**Travel to Office expectations**

For Remote Roles : If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

Position Summary:

The Market Insights Manager is an individual contributor responsible for executing the market research and competitive intelligence that informs PointClickCare’s product, marketing, and go-to-market decisions. This role maintains continuous competitive monitoring, builds competitor profiles and market trend analyses, and produces the reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that carry findings to cross-functional partners and contribute to leadership readouts.

This role also independently designs and runs standard qualitative studies — in-depth interviews — and supports the design and analysis of quantitative studies such as surveys, MaxDiff, and pricing research.

Success in this role requires analytical rigor, methodological curiosity, clear written and verbal communication, and the organization to manage several concurrent projects.
