Job Description

• The Manager, Marketing leads marketing activities for a defined product line, segment, region, or business unit. The role develops and executes tactical and operational marketing plans aligned with enterprise strategy, with accountability for campaign execution, content development, and performance measurement.
• This position manages marketing staff and serves as a key advisor to commercial and functional leadership on marketing priorities, brand positioning, and go‑to‑market execution.

Responsibilities: ​

Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics. ​

Own the structure and performance of customer-facing programs—such as incentives, stocking, loyalty, and growth initiatives. ​

Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to identify and evaluate portfolio expansion opportunities. ​

Analyze customer data and market trends to provide strategic input to sales and product development. ​

Act as a commercial liaison between internal stakeholders (supply chain, operations, sales) and external customers. ​

Support and influence cross-functional teams with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align around strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results ​

Develop go-to-market strategies that support long-term growth and profitability, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities. ​

Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of programs, pricing and product initiatives. ​

Create compelling business cases and communicate performance results and opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. ​

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred ​

5+ years of related experience (warehouse automation or material handling industry is a plus) ​

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic actionable insights ​

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities ​

Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams ​

Comfortable navigating complex projects with many stakeholders ​

Experience with pricing analysis

​ Strong organizational and prioritization skills ​
