Wir bieten AVGS-gefördertes Einzelcoaching zur beruflichen Aktivierung und Eingliederung an und begleiten Menschen dabei, den Weg zurück in den Arbeitsmarkt zu finden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Marketing-Persönlichkeit, die unsere Sichtbarkeit online wie offline gezielt ausbaut.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Website, insbesondere im Bereich SEO (On-Page, technisches SEO, Content-Strategie)
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Backlinks sowie Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Portalen, Verbänden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Website- und Social-Media-Inhalten
  • Unterstützung bei der Positionierung unserer Standorte Berlin und Hamburg
  • Beobachtung von Wettbewerb und Markttrends sowie datenbasierte Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Umsetzung unserer Wachstumsstrategie

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Online-Marketing, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt SEO
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen SEO- und Analyse-Tools
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
