Job Description
Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and supporting client marketing organization with the operations and go to markets tools in order sell, execute and implement with excellence all the initiatives with clients. This role will work with the different multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Services function keeping Project Pipeline and Financials data accurate and complete.
- Project control and management of marketing engagements in the different stages of the evolution.
- Identify key stakeholders and work to achieve project objectives. Create detail project schedule, critical and dependances to comply with project timeline.
- Manage project status report, issues, action items, risks, change log, internal and external dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with processes, controls, and brand/sponsorship standards and guidelines.
- Facilitate project status meetings, requirements and design discussions, and defect status reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Coordinate project estimating process, manage project budget, pipeline, forecast, contracts, planned vs. actual
- Design and update dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
- Lead the support to the LAC marketing teams with the Sell In tools, platforms, trainings, and other marketing services to grow Visa’s business in the Region.
- Be the key liaison with key multifunctional partners like Finance, Controllership to provide continuous guideline and direction to the function.
- Support the markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model, including existing and new clients and/or contracts/RFPS, aiming cost and stakeholder efficiency.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, facilitating communications across teams, share best practices, and advance key global initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, MD)..
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience and understanding on Planning, Corporate Finances, Business Acumen ·
- PMO Project Management Experience ·
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels ·
- Strong collaborations and teamwork skills ·
- Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports.
