Summary

This position is located at Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. (AR 215-3 2-5). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

  • Assists in the development and implementation of effective marketing plans that support organizational goals, increase customer awareness, and drive program participation.
  • Contributes to comprehensive publicity, promotional, sales, and merchandising strategies tailored to target audiences and local market conditions.
  • Helps coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and on-site channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Provides recommendations on media layouts, advertising copy, photography, graphic design, print materials, and broadcast releases to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Reviews marketing results and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support future planning efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
