Description
Who we are!
nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a Marketing Content Manager, Demand & Growth to develop a public-facing communication strategy for our products and services. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading brand serving a high growth end market while gaining valuable experience working at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
This role is responsible for turning product knowledge, positioning, and internal insights into compelling, high-performing sales and marketing content. The ideal candidate has significant expertise in building product awareness while driving measurable results through product marketing and demand generation activities. You should have a successful track record of establishing and executing marketing plans in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing!
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand customer needs and highlight nimble’s key product and service differentiators
- Own and/or work cross-functionally to develop sales enablement content across the funnel (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email nurture programs, battlecards, blogs, website, event materials, etc)
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create cohesive marketing materials that align with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities and maintain competitive edge
- Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and best practices
- Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets
- Create sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, sell sheets, talking points and trade show collaterals
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to develop marketing plans to support growth initiatives, including cross-/up-sell and retention strategies
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 1+ year of healthcare revenue cycle experience is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or B2B content writing
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
Key Competencies:
Translating Complexity into Clarity. Ability to take nuanced product details, workflows, or services and turn them into simple, digestible, and persuasive messaging that a buyer immediately understands.
Sales Empathy & Field Awareness. Understands how sales conversations actually happen: objections, timing, pressure, etc. and creates content that supports those real moments, not idealized buyer journeys.
Messaging & Positioning Development. Skilled at building clear value propositions, differentiators, and narrative frameworks.
Content for the Full Sales Cycle. Knows how to create the right asset for each stage of the funnel and how those pieces should all work together.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Effectively partners with sales, product, client success, and leadership to gather insights, pressure-test messaging, and iterate quickly.
Feedback Integration & Iteration. Actively seeks input from key leaders and uses it to refine content.
Audience & Industry Acumen. Understands the target buyer deeply (pain points, incentives, language) and can mirror how they think and speak.
Structured Thinking & Organization. Able to bring order to messy inputs: organizing messaging, creating frameworks, and building scalable content systems.
Ownership & Proactivity. Doesn’t wait for requests, identifies gaps in sales materials or messaging and builds what’s missing.
