We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator with at least 3+ years of experience in a practical setting. Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred. This is a permanent and full-time position, hours will be Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Responsibilities:
Manage the Workplace Law Education Series (WPLES), Coordinates the planning and execution of all logistics (virtual and in-person as needed). Liaises with speakers and attendees and follows up with reporting as required.
Write and develop creative for ads, brand initiatives, internal communications, social media, and announcements.
Designs marketing content including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, graphics and promotional materials.
Keep the firm's website current with content, bios, announcements, articles, and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the online presence.
Manage logistics for strategic projects.
Coordinate sponsorship and marketing initiatives.
Preparing and updating materials for award submissions.
Conduct marketing research, analysis and report on client feedback.
Serve as CRM subject matter expert and administrator, working with the vendor on troubleshooting, training teams, and advising stakeholders on updates and improvements.
Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines.
Provides support on ad hoc marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing roles within a preferred legal or professional services sector.
Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience with in-person and virtual event coordination.
Adaptable to new technologies:
Experienced in graphic design.
Experience in graphic design (Canva)
CMS program (My Emma)
CRM program (ContactEase)
Website management (WordPress)
Project management software (Trello)
Video editing (Vimeo, Veed)
Event management (EventBrite, Survey Monkey)
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
Meticulous care with RG brand standards.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
