Role: Management Trainee – Marketing / Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Marketing / Marketing Executive who is eager to learn,

execute, and grow into a full-stack B2C/B2B marketing professional. This role is ideal for fresh

graduates or early-career professionals who demonstrate ownership, structured thinking, execution

discipline, and collaboration skills.

The role involves supporting and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, content,

CRM, and sales enablement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help

generate demand, nurture leads, and support business growth in Cloud, AI, and emerging technology

training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, website,

WhatsApp, and digital channels

Assist in end-to-end campaign execution including setup, coordination, tracking, and closure

Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content for emails, landing pages, ads, social media, and

internal communications

Work closely with design, content, digital marketing, and sales teams to deliver campaigns

on time

Support lead management activities including segmentation, tagging, nurturing, and

coordination with sales teams

Understand assigned marketing KPIs (such as leads, conversions, engagement, and

turnaround time) and work towards meeting them through disciplined execution

Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and maintain data, trackers, and basic

reports using Excel and dashboards

Analyze campaign results to identify gaps, learnings, and improvement opportunities and

share insights with the team

Continuously learn new marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to improve campaign

effectiveness

Proactively suggest new ideas, channels, and approaches to improve reach, engagement, and

lead quality

Explore and use AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimization, research, and

productivity to improve efficiency and results

Assist in market and competitor research to understand trends, customer segments, and

positioning

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth

execution of marketing activities

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure accuracy, timelines, quality, and KPI adherence

in execution.

Requirements:

MBA (Marketing) / PGDM or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass

Communication, or related fields

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively

Basic to moderate understanding of marketing concepts such as branding, campaigns,

customer journeys, lead generation, KPIs, and funnels

Comfort working with data, numbers, and basic reporting in Excel

Willingness to learn CRM tools, marketing platforms, automation workflows, and analytics

dashboards

Interest in exploring and applying AI tools for marketing, content, research, and productivity

Ability to think creatively and suggest new ways of improving marketing outcomes

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

High level of ownership, discipline, curiosity, and accountability for outcomes

Strong interest in technology domains such as Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
