Marketing Internship

About Us:

Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative (BRPCC) is a community-focused healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible and quality healthcare services. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help us expand our reach and enhance our engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns for BRPCC’s services, events, and community outreach programs.

Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Design flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Assist with website content updates and basic SEO research.

Conduct market research to understand target audiences and help refine outreach strategies.

Help coordinate and promote community events.

Support brand consistency across all marketing channels.

What We’re Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related program.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Passion for healthcare, community outreach, and making a positive impact.

Work Environment:

This is an in-office position . The Marketing Intern is expected to report to the BRPCC facility as scheduled and perform assigned duties in the office and at approved community events or outreach activities.

The position may require occasional participation in community events, meetings, outreach activities, and other approved activities outside of the primary office setting.

The Marketing Intern may work in areas of a healthcare facility where patients, providers, employees, and visitors are present and must maintain professional conduct at all times.
