Working primarily in the healthcare market, you’ll translate complex technology solutions into compelling messages for enterprise decision-makers, technical buyers and partners. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign delivery and close collaboration with local sales and regional marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

Marketing strategy and market positioning

Develop and execute ANZ marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy, local growth objectives and regional priorities.

Identify target audiences, define customer value propositions and support go-to-market planning for product launches and strategic initiatives.

Use market research and competitive insights to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

Integrated campaigns and content

Plan and deliver campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, paid media and account-based marketing.

Develop demand generation programs that build awareness, engage prospects and contribute to sales pipeline.

Work with subject matter experts to create case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, webinars and presentations.

Adapt global campaigns for local audiences while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.

Events and industry engagement

Lead the ANZ events program, including conferences, trade shows, executive forums, customer roundtables and partner events.

Manage end-to-end delivery, including budgets, logistics, vendors, sponsorships, collateral and on-site activities.

Coordinate speaking opportunities and pre- and post-event campaigns to maximise engagement and support sales follow-up.

Collaboration, performance and budget management

Partner with sales to align marketing activity with target accounts, pipeline priorities and revenue goals.

Collaborate with regional marketing, product management and corporate communications teams.

Track campaign and event performance using HubSpot and analytics tools, reporting on lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution and return on investment.

Manage marketing budgets, agencies and vendors, using insights to continually improve results.

Experience and qualifications

A degree in Marketing or Business and at least five years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and develop customer-focused messaging.

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.

Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

An analytical approach to measuring performance, solving problems and identifying improvements.

A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to remain effective when priorities change.

Experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within a global or matrixed organisation, and a willingness to travel would be highly regarded.
