Job Summary

The Marketing Manager functions as the main point of all marketing duties within the business unit. The Marketing Manager will monitor marketing activities that include social media, marketing technologies, and other digital content. Additionally, the marketing manager will be expected to be highly organized and driven to support the company’s marketing goals. This role will require someone who is highly motivated and has skills in digital marketing. Travel between sites may be required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage various marketing activities, including photo and video shoots, integrated marketing campaigns, special events, and more.
  • Develop relationships with third-party vendors to execute these activities, including photographers, videographers, print vendors, marketing agencies, designers, developers and venues.
  • Maintain a positive image and reputation of the Clear Sight Partners’ portfolio of brands in a variety of media and marketing materials.
  • Adhere to brand standards and core values in all marketing and communications.
  • Create and maintain marketing and communication content calendars for various channels, including website, print, email, social and live events.
  • Send emails using Campaign Monitor email marketing tool.
  • Oversee digital ad campaigns using Google Adwords, Bing and other digital ad tools in partnership with our digital marketing agency.
  • Oversee direct mail campaigns and coordinate with print marketing vendor.
  • Oversee video production efforts and coordinate with partner agency.
  • Publish approved social media posts to Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Monitor social media sites for comments and reviews, and partner with the site managers to create and post approved responses.
  • Partner with the Physician Liaison to create content, host events and other community activities, track and qualify leads, and produce a healthy pipeline of new patients.
  • Prepare lead generation, new patient conversion, campaign ROI and other reports.
  • Collaborate with patient service representatives in the contact center to support lead generation efforts and patient growth.
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide ideas for hitting marketing and sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing support to the COO to complete marketing priorities and meet various departmental goals as required.
  • Adhere to security, compliance and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Business Marketing
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years managing corporate marketing initiatives, preferably for health care
  • Experience designing with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of lead generation tactics, and the sales and marketing funnel
  • Experience using enterprise level marketing software, including CMS, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, contact center, reputation management, social media, marketing analytics and/or e-commerce platforms

Skills and Abilities

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Proactive, positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to write all types of content, from web pages and blog posts, to brochures and onesheets
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing
  • Knowledge of digital and content marketing
  • Knowledge of health care field a plus
  • Expertise using computers, software, and customer databases
  • Ability to see both the big picture and the day-to-day details
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making, problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organization goal
