Marketing Manager IV | Marketing Systems & AI Enablement

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager IV to support building scalable marketing systems, messaging frameworks, and AI enabled workflows.

This position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, systems design, AI innovation, and cross functional leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong systems thinking with technical collaboration experience and the ability to transform complex marketing strategies into structured, repeatable processes.

This is not a traditional campaign management or content creation position. The focus is on designing and optimizing the infrastructure, standards, and workflows that enable consistent messaging and operational efficiency across a large marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Systems & Messaging Architecture

Design and implement scalable marketing systems, messaging frameworks, and standardized workflows.

Develop reusable templates, documentation standards, and structured messaging resources.

Translate complex positioning strategies into practical frameworks that can be adopted across multiple teams.

Establish messaging governance, documentation standards, and processes that support consistency across channels.

AI Integration & Technical Collaboration

Partner with engineering and technical teams to develop and optimize marketing systems.

Design AI enabled workflows that improve messaging efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

Integrate AI capabilities into existing marketing processes while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Cross Functional Leadership & Enablement

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and other business functions.

Develop standardized go to market enablement frameworks and scalable messaging resources.

Drive adoption of marketing systems and processes across complex, matrixed organizations.

Influence stakeholders and build alignment without direct reporting authority.

Measurement, Optimization & Governance

Define success metrics for messaging adoption, consistency, and effectiveness.

Partner with analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and performance benchmarks.

Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage messaging documentation, version control, governance, and quality standards.

Use data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous optimization.

Required Qualifications

Experience working within a large technology organization or similarly complex enterprise environment.

Demonstrated experience building or scaling marketing systems, messaging frameworks, or enablement infrastructure.

Strong systems thinking, framework design, and process optimization capabilities.

Experience partnering directly with engineering or technical teams to develop systems and workflows.

Proven ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and drive organizational adoption.

Experience establishing success metrics and using data to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.

Hands on experience leveraging AI tools to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and messaging consistency.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting global product marketing, business messaging, or go to market enablement programs.

Background in technical marketing, marketing operations, or systems architecture.

Familiarity with AI powered marketing platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise knowledge management systems.

Experience establishing messaging governance, documentation standards, and reusable frameworks.

Technical or engineering background with experience transitioning into marketing systems or operations.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
