Wir, die GOES GmbH, sind Hersteller von Spezialequipment und Anlagen zur Erdöl-, Erdwärme- und Erdgasgewinnung. Zum Herstellungsvorgang gehören sowohl die Entwicklung, die Konstruktion, die Fertigung und das Testen der sich in Auftrag befindlichen Anlagen, sowie die Inbetriebnahme und der Service beim Kunden vor Ort. Für unseren Standort in Celle suchen wir deine Unterstützung als:

### Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer B2B-Marketingstrategie für GOES und verbundene Unternehmen (international)

Betreuung und Steuerung von Online-Marketingmaßnahmen (Website, LinkedIn, Kampagnen)

Erstellung von Produkt- und Vertriebsunterlagen (z. B. Präsentationen)

Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Marketinglösungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung

Weiterentwicklung der Marken (Positionierung und Sichtbarkeit)

### Dein Profil

Studium im Bereich Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Idealerweise 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing (bevorzugt im Maschinenbau oder industriellen Umfeld)

Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Kanälen und Social Media

Erfahrung und Interesse an KI

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative

Hands-on-Mentalität (Strategie und Umsetzung)

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
