Amazon Singapore Global Store team is looking for a customer-obsessed Marketing Manager to define and deliver marketing strategies that help make Amazon the shopping destination for a variety of categories. This will involve diving deep to understand customer shopping behaviours at a category level, and working across business, finance and marketing teams to develop comms, tactics and conversion optimization opportunities that accelerate purchase and engagement. In addition, you will own a program of work, developing a mix of incentivized and non-incentivized strategies to introduce customers to new categories from Amazon and drive purchase conversion by demonstrating and reinforcing value for the customer. This will involve strategic, inventive and data driven thinking to develop scalable, effective and financially efficient ways to drive positive impact for customers and the business. Your strategic mindset and operational excellence will transform complex, cross-functional initiatives into streamlined, high-impact marketing programs. As the custodian of a budget, work with finance, the business and marketing stakeholders to define investment frameworks and experimentation plans that continually raise the bar on customer and business outcomes.

- Continually look for opportunities to leverage automation and AI that drive an acceleration in positive customer outcomes, and help to efficiently scale overall impact. Build relationships and networks with people in similar roles in other countries to accelerate learning and find winning strategies that can be quickly scaled locally.
