Als einer der führenden Hersteller hochwertiger Inneneinrichtungen in der DACH-Region schaffen wir maßgeschneiderte Konzepte und individiuelle Inneneinrichtungen für Hotels und die Gastronomie als auch für exklusive Privatdomizile - von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

Für unseren Standort in Höchenschwand suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Marketing (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der als Allrounder zwischen digitalen und Print-Aufgaben sowie der Content-Produktion die Marke BAUR in einem kleinen Team weiterentwickel.

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Planen von zielgruppenspezifischen Marketing Maßnahmen und Aktionen
  • Produktion und Bearbeitung von Bild und Video
  • Selbstständige Content-Erstellung anhand unserer CI-Vorgaben für unsere digitalen und analogen Kanäle
  • PR-Pflege & Pressearbeit, Umsetzung von PR-Aktionen in Rücksprache mit verantwortlichen Bereichen
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren Marketingaufgaben
  • Erstellung und Korrektur von Magazinen, Broschüren oder Flyern

IHRE PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise als Allrounder mit Schwerpunkt digitale Kanäle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Marketing-Tools (idealerweise Hubspot) und Social-Media-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung Adobe Suite oder alternative Programme sowie Bild- und Videoverarbeitungsprogramme
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit in einem kleinen Team
  • Gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen und ein Gespür für zielsichere Texte
