Job Description:

• •Manages budget spreadsheet and stays within allocated budget.
• •Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician.
• •Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, setting appropriate tracking mechanisms, and demonstrating positive ROI.
• •Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and service with a focus on building business.
• •Articulates issues facing departments and marketabilty and suggests potential solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically and strategically
• •Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
• •Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment
• •Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales
• •General knowledge of computer hardware and software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with other relevant programs such as SalesForce and MarketWare

• •Associate [Required]
• •Bachelor's [Preferred]
• •Master's [Preferred]

• Field of Study:
• •Associate in Marketing, Business, Communications, English

• Work Experience:
• •1+ healthcare or sales [Preferred]

• Additional Information:
• An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• - Associates degree and 1+ years of experience OR
• - High School Grad or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience.

• •Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
• •Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

• $60,756.80 - $113,006.40
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
