Your Role

Lead large-scale product and packaging innovation programs for global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients, driving strategic marketing initiatives, innovation execution, and client success. Serve as the primary client partner, ensuring operational excellence, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business growth across multiple geographies. Lead cross-functional teams responsible for product innovation, packaging development, artwork management, and marketing transformation while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your Profile

• •12+ years of experience leading complex programs and large-scale project delivery.
• •10+ years of client services experience within advertising agencies, marketing services, or brand management organizations.
• •8+ years of experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands.
• •5+ years of experience in product innovation, packaging innovation, and marketing.
• •Proven experience managing global client relationships and large delivery teams.
• •Strong expertise in client engagement, stakeholder management, and account leadership.
• •Deep understanding of product lifecycle, package design, innovation management, and commercialization processes.
• •Experience leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Operations, and Artwork Management functions.
• •Strong program management, governance, reporting, and operational excellence capabilities.
