We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our team and help us communicate our vision, values, and expertise to prospective clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in civil engineering or a closely related field. Experience with proposal development for State DOT projects is a huge benefit.

As a Marketing Proposal Specialist , you will be a vital part of our team, shaping how we present ourselves to clients and securing opportunities for transformative projects. You’ll own the full proposal lifecycle—from early strategy meetings to final QA/QC and delivery—playing a key role in our pursuit of high-impact infrastructure projects.
