Marketing Specialist – Ad Operations

FFUN Group - Saskatoon, SK

Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site

Love making every ad dollar work harder? We've got a role for you!

At FFUN Group, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist – Ad Operations who knows how to make digital advertising work smarter, perform better, and deliver real results.

If you're someone who gets excited about campaign performance, loves digging into data, and knows your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media strategy, this could be your next big move.

You'll be joining a collaborative, creative, and fast-moving Marketing team where your ideas matter, your analytical skills make an impact, and there's always something new to optimize. With multiple automotive and recreational dealerships across Canada, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands, campaigns, and exciting projects. This is an on-site role based at our Saskatoon office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Launch campaigns that deliver. Build, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta, and other paid social platforms.

Turn data into results. Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and reduce cost per lead.

Make every dollar count. Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.

Test, learn, repeat. Run A/B tests, experiment with targeting and creative strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Own the numbers. Track key performance indicators, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

Keep campaigns on track. Ensure advertising campaigns meet brand guidelines, tracking requirements, and manufacturer (OEM) co-op advertising standards.

Collaborate and create. Work closely with our creative, data, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and achieve business goals.

Stay organized. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and projects using tools like Asana.

Stay ahead of the game. Keep up with evolving digital advertising trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve performance.

What We're Looking For:

Paid media experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

A data-driven mindset. You're comfortable analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and turning insights into action.

Google Ads knowledge. Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.

Tracking and analytics skills. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.

A performance-focused approach. You understand cost per lead, conversion rates, lead generation, and how to maximize advertising budgets.

An eye for detail. You can manage multiple campaigns, catch the little things, and ensure everything launches accurately and on time.

Strong organization skills. You're comfortable juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and working with project management tools like Asana.

A collaborative attitude. You enjoy working with creative thinkers, analysts, and marketing professionals to achieve shared goals.

A growth mindset. You're curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve your skills and campaign results.

Automotive industry experience? That's a bonus, but not required!
