Marketing Specialist BeNeLux (all genders) Please note that this position is based in Amsterdam and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered. The following adventures await you at Schleich: As part of our dynamic Northern European team, we're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our Amsterdam office. This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, sales, and market penetration across the Benelux region. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing initiatives, from trade marketing executions to digital asset management and sales support. Trade Marketing Executions: Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility within the Benelux market Manage and optimize trade marketing budgets to maximize ROI Collaborate closely with the UK Trade Marketing manager and the Global teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and local market needs Collaborate with sales teams to identify and execute targeted promotional activities Work closely with retailers to develop in-store marketing materials, promotions, and displays Coordinate and execute consumer and trade events, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment Marketing Support & Digital Asset Management: Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility Localize marketing materials and content for the Dutch and Belgian markets Support digital shelf marketing initiatives and content syndication Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the creation of sales presentations and product information Execute the local Social media posts for Schleich in BNL Sales & Office Admin: Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, report generation, and order processing Handle general office duties Your story so far: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role within the consumer goods industry Strong understanding of the Benelux market, including consumer behaviour and cultural nuances Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in English and Dutch Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) No kingdoms nor mountains of gold, but many other rewards: Work in a dynamic, diverse environment that offers individual career and development opportunities.
