Overview:

The Marketing Team functions as an in-house agency serving internal teams and clients across all Guidepoint’s business units. The team strives to generate a positive customer experience across every touchpoint, efficiently and at scale— weaving in Guidepoint’s story along the way.

As the Marketing Specialist, EMEA, you will join Guidepoint on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover. You will collaborate with the global Marketing team to develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies, media and public relations initiatives, and branding and sales-support activities for our offices in London, Athens, and Dubai.

What You'll Do:

Align with regional leaders, Sales and Client Service on growth priorities, target accounts and shared goals. Work as one team to turn those priorities into marketing programs that produce pipeline and revenue.

Build and run demand generation programs across lead generation, growth marketing, content and social to attract new clients and grow existing accounts in EMEA.

Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns with the global Marketing and Design teams. Guide prospects and clients from first contact to active platform use, and use what you learn from each campaign to sharpen the next.

Equip Sales and Client Service to win with targeted email campaigns, regional events, press releases, videos and presentations designed to open conversations and speed up deals.

Track and report performance against KPIs. Measure each program’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, identify what delivers the highest ROI, recommend where to invest, and share results with company leadership.

Support local Talent Acquisition as needed with recruitment marketing and employer branding.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Business is preferred

5+ years of experience in global B2B marketing, demand generation, PR and/or communications, including digital marketing

A track record of planning and running multi-channel campaigns that drove measurable pipeline, with a strong grasp of engagement, retention, analytics, and organic and paid channels

Excellent project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

Advanced copywriting skills, including the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling

Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
