Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution, distribution, and performance of ABS marketing campaigns that support demand generation, qualified lead growth, lead nurturing, and revenue contribution.
The role turns approved marketing strategies and campaign plans into measurable marketing activities across paid and organic channels. This includes campaign execution, lead generation, paid advertising, GoHighLevel management, marketing channel distribution, webinar promotion, performance tracking, and coordination with Sales and BDC.
The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Creative Specialist, Social Media & Brand Strategist, Sales, and BDC to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and continuously optimized based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns based on approved strategies, priorities, and timelines.
Coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and properly documented.
Monitor campaign execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Lead Generation & MQL Growth
Generate qualified leads through organic and paid marketing activities.
Support monthly lead and MQL targets.
Monitor lead quality and identify opportunities to improve lead generation.
Support initiatives that move prospects from initial engagement toward qualified opportunities.
3. Paid Marketing
Manage Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Support LinkedIn advertising when needed.
Monitor CPL, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Optimize targeting, budgets, placements, and campaign execution based on results.
Support Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO initiatives.
4. GoHighLevel & Lead Nurturing
Manage day-to-day marketing activities within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Capture, organize, and track leads throughout the marketing funnel.
Support lead nurturing campaigns, workflows, and automation.
Help improve Lead → MQL → Demo conversion.
Maintain accurate lead and campaign information within GHL.
5. Marketing Channel Distribution
Manage the operational distribution of approved campaigns and content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, email, and other relevant channels.
Ensure approved content is published accurately and according to schedule.
Verify links, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action before publication.
Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Webinar & Campaign Promotion
Coordinate the promotion and marketing execution of webinars, events, and special campaigns.
Support registration, landing-page, form, and promotional requirements.
Manage registration and follow-up through GoHighLevel.
Track registrations, attendance, engagement, and resulting opportunities.
Support post-event lead nurturing and follow-up.
7. Campaign Reporting & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and conversion results.
Track leads, MQLs, CPL, booked demos, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Identify what is working and what needs improvement.
Recommend improvements to targeting, distribution, messaging, creative, and campaign execution.
Use performance data to support continuous marketing optimization.
8. Sales & BDC Handoff
Ensure qualified leads are properly captured and handed over to Sales/BDC.
Maintain accurate lead information and status.
Support lead nurturing before and after initial engagement.
Coordinate with Sales/BDC regarding lead quality and progression.
Help maximize Marketing's contribution to booked demos and signed contracts (SOCs).
9. Marketing Tools & Innovation
Use marketing, analytics, CRM, automation, and creative tools required for campaign execution.
Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe, and other tools when needed.
Utilize AI tools to improve marketing research, content, automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Stay updated on relevant marketing tools, platforms, and practices.
Recommend practical improvements to marketing processes and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, marketing operations, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads and Instagram advertising .
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms .
Experience in lead generation and demand generation , preferably in a B2B or service-based environment.
Working knowledge of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, SEO, and Google Analytics/GA4 .
Experience with LinkedIn advertising is an advantage.
Experience supporting webinars, events, email campaigns, or other lead-generation initiatives.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools .
Comfortable using AI tools for research, content development, automation, analysis, and productivity.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and deadlines simultaneously.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn new marketing tools and technologies.

Role Boundaries
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for where, when, and how approved campaigns are distributed, how leads move through the marketing funnel, and how campaign performance is monitored and optimized.
The role does not independently determine the overall marketing strategy, department priorities, brand direction, or major campaign positioning. These remain under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Specialist works with the Digital Creative Specialist for creative production and digital assets and with the Social Media & Brand Strategist for brand, messaging, and content direction.
The Marketing Specialist may recommend changes based on campaign performance, market feedback, and data, but significant changes to strategy, positioning, budget, or campaign direction should be aligned with the Marketing Manager.
