Marketing Specialist / Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on marketing professional with 2–4 years of experience who is excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing technology-focused company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and business sides of marketing, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is interested in developing expertise in product marketing, brand positioning, and business-to-business (B2B) marketing.

Working closely with senior leadership and internal teams, this individual will help execute marketing initiatives, develop compelling content, support product and service positioning, and identify opportunities to increase PMSI's visibility in the marketplace.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, comfortable taking initiative, and eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Development

Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Help strengthen PMSI's brand messaging and market positioning.

Maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials, presentations, and digital platforms.

Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Product & Content Marketing

Develop marketing materials that clearly communicate PMSI's products, technology, and services.

Work with internal subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.

Create and update sales presentations, product overviews, case studies, website content, and other marketing collateral.

Support product launches, new service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Maintain and improve website content and company social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.

Help develop email marketing campaigns and other targeted outreach initiatives.

Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Sales & Business Development Support

Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.

Help communicate PMSI's competitive advantages and value proposition.

Support client presentations, industry conferences, trade shows, and other business development activities.

Assist with maintaining and organizing marketing resources and content.

Marketing Coordination & Analytics

Coordinate marketing projects and work with external creative, digital, or PR partners as needed.

Track basic marketing metrics and campaign performance.

Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Skill Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to develop engaging marketing content and professional presentations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.

Interest in product marketing, technology, and business-to-business marketing.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with senior leadership.

Willingness to learn new technologies, products, and industry concepts.

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.

Education & Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field, preferably with a marketing concentration.

2–4 years of professional marketing experience.

Hands-on experience developing marketing content, presentations, campaigns, or sales collateral.

Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills.

Ability to work onsite at PMSI's Henderson, Nevada office.

Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, technology, financial services, or professional services.

Exposure to product positioning, go-to-market initiatives, or sales enablement.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Experience coordinating external marketing vendors or agencies.

Interest in developing a long-term career in marketing and business strategy.
