- Complete opportunity and business cases for key adjacent markets, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, and evaluation of unmet clinical needs
- Conduct primary and secondary research (industry reports, clinical literature, competitor intelligence) to validate assumptions underlying adjacency opportunities
- Provide preliminary recommendations on BMT strategy and tactics for growing in these markets, including go-to-market considerations, pricing, and positioning
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Regulatory) to stress-test opportunity assessments and ensure recommendations are grounded in commercial and technical feasibility
- Leverage AI tools to develop and maintain a project dashboard that tracks adjacency initiatives, key milestones, and decision points for leadership visibility
- Synthesize research findings into clear, executive-ready presentations and supporting business case materials
Support Voice-of-Customer Research
- Support design of ongoing market research projects (qualitative and quantitative customer studies), including survey design, discussion guide development, and respondent screening criteria
- Assist in project management of VoC projects to ensure internal deadlines are met, coordinating with external research vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Help analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes, customer pain points, and opportunities for product or service improvement
- Leverage AI tools to support internal, cross-functional dissemination of key findings, including summarization, synthesis, and development of insight repositories
