DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung von Empfang, Kundendienst und Gästen
  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Sonderwerbeformen & Kooperationen
  • Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kontakten im CRM-System
  • Abwicklung von Sendungskopien
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Aufgabenbereich

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (v.a. Outlook, Word, Excel) mit, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten zeichnen dich aus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und eigenverantwortlich
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest gerne im Team

GEHALT

Mindestgehalt nach KV für Werbung und Marktkommunikation (VG II) je nach Einreihung in die Verwendungsgruppenjahre zwischen 2.050,40 Euro und 2.952,30 Euro brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis 38,5h (14x), Möglichkeit und Bereitschaft zur KV-Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
