  • Aufbau: Du entwickelst unsere Marketingstrukturen und deine eigene Abteilung weiter.
  • Qualifikation & Erfahrung : Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing sowie praktische Erfahrung, idealerweise mit eigenen Projekten.
  • Bezug zu Lebensmitteln: Du hast eine Affinität zu Lebensmitteln und ein Gespür dafür, was unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bewegt.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du organisierst dich selbstständig, behältst bei mehreren parallelen Projekten
  • den Überblick und hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends.
  • Kommunikation: Du trittst sicher gegenüber Mitarbeitenden, Geschäftspartnern und Dienstleistern auf und vertrittst deine Ideen überzeugend.
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Eventmanagement sowie erste Führungserfahrung.
