Role Overview

The Marketplace Associate will manage end-to-end operations across marketplace channels, including SOR business and new channel expansions (Noon, Namshi, Amazon via Cocoblu). The role focuses on inventory management, analytics, and driving channel growth.

Key Responsibilities

SOR Business – Selection & Analytics

• •Define and manage selection strategy and buy lists
• •Support inventory planning and order quantity decisions
• •Track and analyze key metrics like fill rate, STR, cut size, and DOI
• •Classify inventory (good vs bad) and drive action plans for optimization

New Channel Expansion (Noon, Namshi, Amazon – Cocoblu)

• •Drive end-to-end onboarding of new channels
• •Monitor inventory health and availability
• •Drive scale-up plans and growth across channels
• •Manage key levers like ads performance and content

Performance Tracking & Analytics

• •Track sales, inventory, and ads performance
• •Share insights and recommendations for growth and optimization

Finance & Reconciliation

• •Drive SPF charter, end to end ownership
• •Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• •Support reconciliation and financial reporting processes

Key Requirements

• •2–4 years of experience in marketplace Business and operations or e-commerce
• •Strong analytical skills with understanding of key metrics (STR, DOI, ROAS, etc.)
• •Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms ( Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
• •Proficiency in Excel / SQL / Google Sheets
• •Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
