Marketplace Key Account Executive - US Shift

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow international eCommerce accounts. The role requires hands-on Amazon Seller Central and PPC expertise, ownership of account performance, strong client communication, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; understand objectives, lead regular business reviews, and address client requirements.
• •Own Amazon Seller Central operations, including account health, listings, catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, FBA/FBM coordination, and issue resolution.
• •Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns; monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, and budgets, and implement keyword, bid, targeting, and campaign improvements.
• •Analyze sales, advertising, and profitability trends; identify opportunities to improve revenue, organic visibility, conversion, and margins.
• •Coordinate with Catalog, Content, Advertising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to deliver account priorities on time.
• •Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and action plans; communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to clients.
• •Support eCommerce operations across Shopify and other marketplaces as required, including product content, pricing, promotions, and store performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •3-5 years of experience in eCommerce account management, Amazon marketplace operations, or a related role.
• •Hands-on Amazon Seller Central account management experience is mandatory.
• •Practical Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization experience is mandatory.
• •Strong understanding of marketplace performance metrics, advertising KPIs, account health, catalog operations, and profitability.
• •Experience managing multiple accounts, working with international clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• •Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, or other marketplaces.
• •Knowledge of FBA/FBM, inventory planning, fulfillment, Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
• •Experience in an eCommerce agency or marketplace service provider environment.

Work requirements: Flexibility to align with international client time zones, including GCC and US hours, as business needs require.

Success measures: Client satisfaction and retention, achievement of account KPIs, advertising efficiency and budget adherence, timely delivery, and quality of reporting.
