About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how online businesses operate behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.
  • Support product listing, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, and content management .
  • Monitor product availability and flag stock or listing issues.
  • Track orders, cancellations, returns, and other marketplace-related metrics.
  • Help maintain marketplace trackers and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support promotional and sale-event activities.
  • Monitor product ratings, reviews, and account health.
  • Ensure marketplace data and product information remain accurate and updated.

Requirements

  • Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces .
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Freshers and students from any relevant background are welcome to apply.
