The Position:

Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the culinary department. Assists the on-duty supervisor to ensure proper food preparation and quality throughout all food outlets.

• •Prepares food and ingredients at the beginning of an assigned shift and replenishes during slow periods.
• •Creates orders according to menu and supervisor instructions with attention to taste and visual appeal.
• •Maintains the kitchen and supply room in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition.
• •Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled.
• •Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls.

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
• •1 years of cooking experience preferred
• •1 year of cash handling and cash register experience preferred. 18 years of age or older
• •Able to read and comprehend written instructions
• •Must have administrative/clerical experience
• •Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once
• •Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relations skill
• •Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate and OLCC License required
• •Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
• •Must maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available)
