  • Marktmanager/in/-leiter/in (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit

#### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Führung
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das ganze Geschehen im Markt
  • Effiziente Planung und Koordination des Personaleinsatzes sowie Recruiting
  • Erfolgreiche Umsetzung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Ziele und wirtschaftliches Handeln
  • Überwachung, Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben

#### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Handelsfachwirt oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • vorzugsweise bereits erste Erfahrung als Marktmanager/-leiter im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Hohe Führungskompetenz, sowie die Fähigkeit, Ihr Team zu motivieren
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
