Ihre Aufgaben

Als Marktleiter (m/w/d) führen Sie unser Team in Süderbrarup, koordinieren den Marktalltag und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem unsere Kunden mit Freude einkaufen.

  • Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Teams
  • Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Organisation von Warenannahme, Warenverräumung und Dekoration
  • Umsetzung von Präsentationsvorgaben
  • Überwachung der Kennzahlen und Optimierung der Abläufe
  • Verantwortung für die Inventur der Filiale
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Einzelhandel
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Samstagen und in den Abendstunden
  • Freude am Verkauf sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (MS Office, Warenwirtschaftssysteme)
