  • Sie leiten das Tagesgeschäft im Markt und behalten die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Blick.
  • Sie optimieren und gestalten die Verkaufsflächen, präsentieren die aktuellen Sortimente und organisieren verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen.
  • Mit Freude und Leidenschaft führen und motivieren Sie Ihr Team und planen den Personaleinsatz.
  • Im Markt-Alltag unterstützen Sie Ihr Team beim Beraten der Kundschaft sowie an der Kasse.
  • Sie führen notwendige Inventuren durch und leiten Ihr Team dabei entsprechend an.

  • Sie möchten unternehmerische Ziele erreichen und Verantwortung für Ihr Team übernehmen.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel (z. B. Kauffrau oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel) sowie eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung (z. B. Handelsfachwirtin oder Handelsfachwirt) oder JAP bringen Sie mit.
  • Sie verstehen es, betriebswirtschaftlich zu denken und zu handeln, haben analytisches Verständnis und bringen organisatorisches Talent mit.
  • Sie kommunizieren transparent, führen mit Empathie und treffen eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie einen Ausbildungsschein und das Zertifikat für freiverkäufliche Arzneimittel.
