Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Produktion (inklusive Anleitung von Produktionsmitarbeitern)
  • Verantwortlich für Aufrüsten, Abrüsten und Fahren der Anlage
  • Durchführung aller notwendigen Prozess-Kontrollen
  • Dokumentation von Prozess- und Produktdaten
  • Identifikation von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Anlageneffizienz und der Qualität
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen anhand von Wartungs- und Inspektionsplänen sowie die Durchführung

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker /-elektriker (m/w/d) oder eine andere vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Instandhaltung von Prozessanlagen, idealerweise in regulierten Produktionsbetrieben
  • Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sorfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und Teamgeist ist nicht nur ein Schlagwort für Sie
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-System)
