Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Oranienburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- & Anlagenführer / Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) .

Was sind die Aufgaben?

  • Steuerung der vollautomatisierten Altreifenrecyclinganlage
  • Mitwirkung bei der Instandhaltung unseres Maschinenparks und Unterstützung des Instandhaltungspersonals bei Reparaturen
  • Störungsanalyse, Pflege, Wartung und Reparatur von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Einsatz im Schichtsystem
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Produktqualität

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb oder in der Reparatur von Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in der PC-/PLS-gestützten Steuerungstechnik (ABB) sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Qualitätssicherung und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert
