  • Die dL Schallschutz GmbH ist Hersteller von industriellen Schalldämpfern und Sondercontainer für technische Anwendungen.
  • Die Produkte der dL Schallschutz GmbH sind i.d.R. Komponenten für technischen Anwendungen wie z.B. Kraftwerke, Wasserstofftankstellen, Kälteanlagen oder auch Bodenstartgeräte.
  • Hierbei werden alle Komponenten bei uns am Standort in Gallin ausgelegt, konstruiert und gefertigt. Mit einem Exportanteil von ca. 40% sind wir als überregionales Unternehmen tätig.
  • Durch das weitestgehende Projektgeschäft und der Herstellung von Kleinserien, bietet sich ein sehr abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag. Das Herstellen und das Arbeiten geschehen in kleinen Teams bei flachen Hierarchien.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort Konstruktionsmechaniker/ Maschinen-Bediener/ Abkanter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

Zuschnitt von Blechen an NC gesteuerter Tafelschere, Sägen von Stahlprofilen an Bandsäge, Bleche walzen, Bleche abkanten mit CNC-Kantbank.

Des weiteren Herstellung (Schweißen) von Bauteilen und Komponenten.

Voraussetzung:

  • Berufspraxis
  • Zeichnungslesen
  • eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Wünschenswert:

  • Presseneinrichterschein
  • Schweißkenntnisse (MAG, WIG)
  • Schweißerzeugnisse (MAG, WIG)
