Sie haben Lust auf eine neue berufliche Herausforderung? Wir suchen für unseren Kunden zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Zella-Mehlis einen Maschinen- und Anlagenbediener (m/w/d).

Für folgende Aufgaben sind Sie zuständig:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen in der Produktion
  • Einrichtung und Rüstvorgänge der Maschinen und Anlagen nach Arbeitsauftrag
  • Überprüfung der Maschinenfunktionen und Sicherstellung der Produktionsqualität
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsprozess
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und Maschinenparameter
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz

Folgende Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen (idealerweise in der [Branche, z.B. Metall-, Lebensmittel-, Kunststoffproduktion])
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Maschinen und Anlagen schnell und sicher zu bedienen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (falls zutreffend)
  • Erfahrung mit Leitständen oder Bedienpulten (von Vorteil)
